Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how returns work.

At Velar.ma ("Velar," "we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital content.

Initiating a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@velar.ma with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for purchase.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Only part of the order is returned.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact support@velar.ma immediately.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • Velar may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Returns

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping service, as Velar is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
