We currently ship to the following regions:
Morocco (Nationwide)
Free standard shipping on all orders. We deliver to all major cities and regions across Morocco.
International
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery — Morocco
3–7 business days from order confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1–3 days.
Express Delivery — Casablanca & Marrakech
1–2 business days for select areas within Casablanca and Marrakech (when available).
International Delivery
7–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Morocco
Free shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.
International
Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery in real time on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
